Maxima, Draaga, and Brainiac are on their way to Earth to concur it once and for all. There is just one problem Matrix is still on her self-imposed exile in space. In a battle against Draaga, Matrix is beaten and reverts to her Supergirl form and forced to join Brainiac. Then a probe sent from Brainiac is sent to Metropolis where Superman destroys it. For the first time an alien invasion is uncovered before it threatens Earth. Superman calls a large group of Heroes (including: Batman, Booster Gold, The Flash, Lar Gand, Wonder Woman, and many more). How can Earth's greatest heroes battle an evil that has control of Warworld and who has the power to control minds?
