Loren:

Hi! I'm the webmaster of Omega's Vanishing Point.  A while
back we used to be rivals, both striving to supply fans with
content related to Walker Gabriel (Chronos II).  Now, Chronos
is canceled, and your page hasn't been updated since
February. Today, I come to you with a proposition of a truss
in the form of a merger and a promise for continued development 
of your site.

At Vanishing Point I'm attempting to supply fans of comic books,
anime, and entertainment with an informative, interactive, and fun
place to explore and learn at.  In terms of comic book content,
Vanishing Point offers fans informative content featuring Rip Hunter,
Time Masters, The Linear Men, Time Breakers, DC Comics Big
Events, Who's Who, Chronos, and much more.

It is our Chronos pages which I have hopes to merge into one
mega-site.  If you agree to the merger, your existing page content will be
transferred to http://omega.hyper-space.com/chronos/ at which time the
existing layout of your site will be reformatted to the side-bar with
bottom-disclaimer layout that my Vanishing Point site offers.
ALL pages originally authored by you will remain credited to you
in the text of those pages.  Any content originally authored by
myself will remain the same.  However, exceptions are sure to
be found.

Here is a preliminary list of proposed changes planned for your pages 
if the merger is agreed upon:
- the main index page will have a stitched image on it signifying a 
joining of our sites.
- your current index page 'text' content will remain the same, however any
links found will be transferred to the side-bar.
-Yesterday's news - This page will be split into separate pages.
-Chronological (Dis)Order - this page will remain the same.
-Linear Authority - this page will remain the same.  However links will be
added to the side bar, but the page links will remain in the page.
-Cover Gallery - My layout for the cover gallery will be used, but the full
size images your site offers will be added to my current cover gallery, 
with credit for them given to you.
-Links - Your links page will be merged with my links pages.  However
I will 'secret' link your current links page as hidden content on a chosen 
page.

Graphics programs will be utilized to add title banners, stitched pictures,
and other images throughout the site to complement the content of selected
pages when it is demeaned necessary.

My Chronos: The Homepage site has a lot of special content that can
complement your content as well.  Including, an updated List of 
Appearances, a scan of the wizard review, and the complete Chronos 
Index which I completed for the DC Guide.

If you are interested in continuing talks, I will offer a beta-test 
preview version of the proposed content.  If you do not wish to 
continue talks, there will be no hard feelings and the matter 
will be dropped.  Thanks for your time.
